Ann is a civil litigation lawyer. Civil litigation encompasses a broad range of disputes.  Ann specializes in family law, including divorce, child support, allocation of parental responsibilities, estate planning, and more.

Ann’s role is to advocate for her client and to fight to achieve the best possible outcome on her client’s behalf.  Ann is willing to assume oppositional positions, to embrace conflict and controversy, but she is always willing to negotiate and settle cases when it is in the best interest of her clients.  Ann’s skills and knowledge of substantive and procedural law, written and oral advocacy skills, analytical and logical reasoning, knowledge of legal research and negotiation skills set her apart from her competition.  Ann worked in the financial industry as an institutional bond trader and sales representative prior to practicing law.   Her financial background helps her in every stage of litigation within her practice areas.  Ann is competitive and her desire to achieve results is illustrated in the outcome of her cases.
